FEMON RESOURCES LIMITED, is strictly committed to safety, Health and Welfare of its employees and protection of all facilities belonging to its clients. FEMON RESOURCES LIMITED will at all times comply with and be strictly guided by all applicable safety laws and established safety practice and procedures. It shall be the major responsibility of the company to provide a safe working environment. Accident prevention procedures and training for all employees shall be our primary concern. It is the company’s duty to educate every employee to observe all safety rules so that accident can be minimized if not totally prevented. Effective use of personal protective equipment, potential hazard, accident reporting must be strongly emphasized by all supervisors on site.

HSE POLICY

The HSE activities of FEMON RESOURCES LIMITED shall be organized, planned and executed in such a manner as to achieve the following:

  • Protect and promote the health of our work force and ensure their safety as well as that of members of the public.
  • Ensure the personal security of the workforce and that of the members of the public.
  • Avoid accidents on transfer to any member of the workforce and others who are either involved in or are affected by FEMON RESOURCES LIMITED operations.
  • Protect the environment in which FEMON RESOURCES LIMITED operational base from pollution and all forms of degradation.
  • Seek the co-operation, and involvement of all employees with a view to meeting the above objectives

QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTROL POLICY (QAQC)

FEMON RESOURCES LIMITED has a policy that its business will be organized, planned and executed in such a manner as to: (a) Plan documented the conduct of all activities and functions concerned with the attachment of quality. (b) Not to sacrifice QUALITY in order to meet an unreasonable time schedule or target. (c) To supply accurate data and information for operations. (d) To implement, operate and maintain a quality assurance system in compliance with requirement of ISO 9001:2008 and other international codes. (e) To fully implement Non Conformance Report (NCR) and corrective Action Report (CAR) for close out. (f) Adhere to our client’s quality standard in executing all MT operations.
